As donations are voluntary contributions made for charitable and religious purposes, they are generally non-refundable.
All donations made through our website are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund once the payment has been successfully processed.
However, the Trust may review refund requests only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate donation due to a technical or payment processing error.
Incorrect donation amount caused by a genuine payment mistake.
Multiple transactions completed unintentionally for the same donation.
Any refund request is subject to verification by the Trust.

Change of personal decision after making the donation.
Donations already utilized for temple construction, maintenance, religious activities, or charitable purposes.

If your payment fails and the amount is deducted from your bank account, the reversal is generally handled by your bank or payment service provider according to their policies.
